The only thing I liked was the location. The toilet was not clean, the commode seat was broken, and water leaked from the washbasin. The staff were so arrogant, they didn’t explain anything properly, and they didn’t let my guests into the room. They argued that the hotel policy didn’t allow them to meet inside the room, but I’ve never seen that rule in any Indian hotel I’ve visited. It was shocking and ridiculous, and it ruined my stay. I left the room after only three hours and had to pay extra to stay elsewhere. This is a serious issue that needs fixing.

The hotel is very close to the temple, just a walk away, and the location is great. The staff are brilliant, but their attitude and the location were a bit disappointing.

The location is very close and calm. The family room is very small, and the facilities are not as described. We were given a ground‑floor room with a mountain view hidden by the road. The heater in the bathroom doesn’t work and there is no kettle for tea. The room wasn’t worth the money.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The view was beautiful and made the experience even better. The staff were very well‑mannered, friendly, and welcoming, with a genuinely good attitude. Their hospitality and positive service made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. Please keep the tea stall open 24 hours; the tea was simply too delicious… I kept coming back for more! 😅😂☕ Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again.
