The front desk staff were helpful, explaining transit and walking options. The location was quite good with many restaurants nearby, and the Gulbenkian Museum was within walking distance. The room was clean, the shower was good, and breakfast was good and varied. The pillows were lumpy, and we were forgotten the wake‑up call for our early‑morning airport trip, but our alarms saved us.

The breakfast, the comfort of the room, and the toilet were all good. I liked everything, just suggest installing hand‑rails in the showers for added safety, especially for the elderly.
