The location is spot‑on, clean and tidy, and the host is very friendly and attentive, but the walls are so thin you hear every noise.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the spot is within walking distance of the beach and not far from the center, but this side of Gaeta is downright dull; we were there on a Monday, everything was empty, and with the beach season over there were almost no beach bars open.
