We were thrilled by the art exhibition in the lobby, the pool, and the calm, classy vibe—just had to leave quickly, though.

They didn’t honor my restaurant reservation because it suited their wedding plans; the bed was damaged, the bathroom and sink area were dirty, the tile in the shower was filthy, and the TV only had channels 1 and 2.

The place was peaceful, rooms comfy, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was lovely, clean, and the grounds were nice with easy parking; the local walks were great, and the pool and spa were well maintained. However, there was no bar, the restaurant was full and didn’t consider guests, and since we hadn’t booked weeks ahead we were stuck for a night. It was just a stopover, so there wasn’t much to do.

The staff were calm and the countryside setting was soothing, but the TV was not set up, so we had no TV during our stay.
