The rooms were untidy, the stale smell of old rooms was unpleasant, overall it felt negative.

The hotel is a typical city place for a few days in Lublin, handling business and a bit of relaxation; the staff was flexible and efficient during my stay. The rooms and the hotel itself need a refresh, everything is fine but there’s no wow factor.
