The location and surroundings are luxurious, and Lorena welcomed us wonderfully, serving a breakfast that was both varied and plentiful. However, the plumbing was faulty, the toilet made constant dripping noises that were horrible, and the room was very cold—so cold I had to sleep in my clothes because there was no heating. The bathroom definitely needs renovation.
