From the outside it looked pretty, but inside the smell was unbearable—a mix of owners smoking inside and cigarette odor, very stale and rotten. The bathroom toilet was against a wall, making it hard to sit, and the shower basin was broken. Towels were worn down to the thread and we, two people, had only one towel. The window blinds were broken, and the bed was poor quality.

The reception and breakfast were excellent, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The check‑in was very friendly and the breakfast superb. The room was clean and the staff very hospitable. I received a special early breakfast because I had to work, and everything was fine.

A fantastic stay with Nathalie and Marco. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcomed us and our dog warmly, and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is close to Bruges, highly recommended!
