Nothing was good about this place. The lady in charge was dressed like a hooker, barely wearing any clothes. The air conditioner didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, so I asked for a refund, hoping to get it.

Customer service was terrible, with too many crackheads around the rooms and no towels.

Everything else was bad, and I still didn’t receive a refund. I didn’t stay in that hotel. The woman at the front desk, African American, was rude and unprofessional. She knew we had booked a room there and then lied that it was not available. She gave me the Wyndham team’s number to upsell another hotel instead of returning my money. It was late at night, I was there with my children, tired, and tried to find another hotel that night because of her lie. The location was unsafe; a lot of crowds were outside smoking weed and dressed inappropriately.
