From the moment we arrived, the receptionist’s behavior was unprofessional—no greeting, no smile, no friendly attitude. When I mentioned my Booking reservation, she replied, “No, that wasn’t assigned to me,” which was surprising because I expected a receptionist to help or at least guide us politely. Check‑in felt cold; she handed us the key without any hotel information, services, or basic recommendations, leaving a bad first impression. The room we were given had a broken window, making us feel unsafe as we could hear a lot of noise from outside. Throughout our stay the noise level was high, even sounding like religious activities happening in the building, which made it hard to rest and forced us to leave for a while to escape the environment. If you’re looking for a place that feels welcoming and offers a quiet holiday, this wasn’t our experience. I hope the hotel takes these comments as a chance to improve customer service and room conditions.
