We didn't like anything; everything was junk. On our first night we got a room that stank so badly I didn't accept it, so they moved us to another room, even though we had booked two rooms for three people. We only got one room, but luckily our third person cancelled, so we slept in one room that night and only on the second day did we receive the second room.

I had a very disappointing stay at Malkoc Hotel. Over the two nights there was constant noise and disturbance throughout the property. Large groups of Kazakhstani guests with plenty of luggage cluttered the lobby, making the area feel overcrowded and untidy. The housekeeping left the bed sheets unchanged during my stay. Breakfast was another let‑down: the food was cold and of poor quality. Overall I was dissatisfied and would not return.

We booked a week in advance, but upon arrival we could not check in because our reservation turned out to be invalid. They told us all rooms were booked and we had no place to stay.
