The location is great—everything is within walking distance between Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei metro stations. The room is basic but has working TV, air‑co, shower, bathroom, and bed(s). It’s affordable and provides everything you need for a short stay, nothing more, nothing less. Daily clean towels, complimentary soap, and slippers are included. However, don’t bring large luggage because there’s no space. The floor and carpet are dirty; I asked housekeeping to vacuum it. When the air‑co is off, the room smells.
