This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in all of Japan; everything from the facilities and views to the food, spotless cleanliness, and stylish décor was outstanding. The onsen was especially memorable and one of my favourite moments, and I was already looking forward to enjoying it again on my last night. What really set this place apart was the staff and their extraordinary hospitality—huge thanks to Isao!

“Restful and relaxing stay”

The hotel was genuinely delightful. Our room featured a private onsen overlooking a garden, offering complete privacy. The staff were attentive and the service was excellent.

It may have been luck, but the onsen hours for guests differed from those for the public, so we could almost have it to ourselves; the cold pool was refreshing, the hot spring water was clean and there was a relaxing spot—nothing to complain about! The dinner course felt very adult‑oriented, which might suit some people in their 20s but not everyone.
