The location is excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of most tourist spots. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast was disappointing: the staff were overwhelmed by the number of people, the bread was poor quality, and the coffee was made with a bad machine.

The hotel is comfortable, close to the train station so you can walk if you arrive by train—nice.

Great location, clean and quiet

I arrived to a roomy, comfy room and the bathroom and shower were also solid. Walking around Granada downtown was easy from the spot. Breakfast was tasty and the reception staff were very helpful. The towels felt worn, and the closet lights were broken. We tried the terrace, but water started falling from above—no clouds, no rain, no balcony that could explain it—so we went back out and the water fell again… a real mystery that needs solving.

The room is very nice, the receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful, and the central city location is perfect. The breakfast buffet has minor flaws, and the coffee machine has been out of service for a while.
