मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The hotel sits in a convenient spot for us, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to meet extra requests. However, the building feels old, the carpet in the room is stained and the management should replace it with a newer floor cover; maintenance should inspect rooms for such issues. The bathroom sliding door was misaligned with the first slide, which isn’t a new problem.

The selection was limited, so it doesn’t qualify as a five‑star hotel. Staff didn’t speak English, housekeeping ignored the ‘no disturbance’ sign, and communicating with anyone was tough.

The room was spotless and the staff were helpful and competent, but my stay was too short.

Their service was extremely friendly, especially Eleane; when we extended our stay they gave us a discount, and when we changed rooms they were very helpful and offered us a large suite at a reduced rate. No complaints at all.
