Everything was very good, but the lighting in the outdoor areas was insufficient and unfair to the whole complex.

The hotel was very pretty and in a nice seaside location with a lovely view; we booked a garden‑view room but received an upgraded sea‑view room at no extra cost, which was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. The pool looked lovely, but we never used it because of bad weather. The staff were very friendly and helped with every request, and the maintenance person was amazing—he stayed until the AC issue was fixed. The hotel has great beaches and a variety of water sports, but we didn’t use the sea because of the weather, so the beach season feels excellent. The gym and spa were fine. 1. Because we were at the end of the season, the scheduled sports activities like beach volleyball or soccer didn’t happen. The low number of guests off‑season isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it disappointed our teens. 2. Alternative sports were tennis and table tennis. The hotel has tennis courts, but unfortunately the nets were bad, some were broken, and the balls were old, dull, and barely bounced. It’s a shame to have a tennis court with such poor equipment, and as I mentioned, most other activities were impossible. Regarding table tennis: we saw a table on the first evening, but the next day it was removed. It’s a big disappointment; guests still in the hotel could have enjoyed it. 3. The hotel is relatively isolated. You can easily reach Armaiani or Lefkara by taxi or rental car, but there’s almost nothing within walking distance. Anyone wanting to eat out or stroll needs a car. 4. The worst point was the food. On a good day the food was only average, and on most other days it was even worse. The food simply didn’t taste good; some dishes were bland and others extremely salty. Roughly 60‑70 % of the menu was the same every day. I read reviews before visiting that mentioned the food quality and said that each person could find something to eat. That’s true if you just want to survive; if you want to enjoy, the current food level offers no chance. 5. In the dining room there were also tables for sitting on the outdoor balcony with the beautiful view of the bay across. The problem was that many people smoked there, which was very annoying for us. 6. The lighting in the room was very dim; you couldn’t read. 7. The TV had almost no English channels—only languages we don’t speak.

The location was great but a bit isolated, so you need a car to go eat in nearby village restaurants; the staff were friendly, the animators were pleasant, the facilities were good and there were many activity options. Breakfast was very good, lunch was average, and dinner was catastrophic. We were upgraded (because there were few people that time of year) from a garden view to a sea view, which was nice, thanks. Like many in the Peloponnese, the resort’s sandy beaches have a rocky entrance to the sea, so you need shoes because of pebbles. On the bright side, there were some nice fish (don’t forget masks and snorkel). The dinners were catastrophic and the cocktails and mocktails were average. The restaurant furniture wasn’t great for a 5‑star, and the lunch at the beach restaurant was not terrible at all (we finished our meal at the main restaurant). The beach lounge chairs at the end of the season were not very clean.

Ωραίο μέρος με καλή θέα και ωραία πισίνα. Το προσωπικό δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετικό ενώ μας έλεγαν θα βοηθήσουν σε διάφορα πράγματα δεν έκαναν τίποτα
