The staff were all friendly, and from the room I could see the Kugamigawa river; the accommodation was quiet. The balcony, however, had many insects at night, so I couldn't enjoy the view outside, but that didn't change my liking for the place.

The room was spacious with a view of the river and park, and the bed and linens were comfortable. We also loved the onsen, which offered high‑quality products, and the night lights created a magical moment. The staff were very welcoming and polite, and it would be a plus if someone could speak a bit of English.

The onsen! Spotlessly clean and a truly unique experience. Free snacks and drinks in the lobby made you feel pampered. Also a fun game room with table tennis, billiards, and darts. Nothing to note.
