The place sits in a nice spot, the hotel itself was spotless and clean, the food was great, and the staff were friendly. I didn’t find any real issues, just a bit of traffic noise that didn’t bother me.

The hotel is nicely located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are polite and helpful, and the bar serves real ales. The car park is too small; the overflow lot is down the road in the village, which isn’t ideal if you have heavy bags of tools and test equipment to keep secure overnight.
