The suite was a cool setup, with two floors. The bed was INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE, rivaling a certain "heavenly" bed advertised by another hotel chain. The carpet in our suite was very outdated, stained, and every time I crossed the room, my ankles and feet were tangled in hair. It was very off-putting. Our upstairs TV had no signal, so watching had to be done downstairs. The breakfast was less impressive than most chain hotels. The elevator was very slow, and the stairs didn't allow for access to all the floors

We were greeted warmly by Amanda (staff member) who was engaging and welcoming. When we needed assistance from the facilities staff, they arrived immediately and were kind and professional. We were staying with extended family, and the breakfast area accommodated all of us and was comfortable and had seats for everyone

Friendly staff. Nice spot on the River, and good breakfast. Dinner was just ok

The place is close to the highway, but it was in rough shape and clearly needs a full renovation. One of the queen beds had popcorn under the covers, the shower curtain had mold, and the carpet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Yuck.
