The reception was very friendly, the location optimal, and the breakfast buffet varied; there’s a large parking garage with direct access to the hotel. The parking is relatively expensive and can’t be paid directly at the hotel.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the facilities were great. The staff truly made our stay special! John and Joana at breakfast were warm, friendly, and hospitable. Joana, in particular made delicious omelets! Mark and Alexander at the reception and checkout desk were equally welcoming and professional. The service was exceptional and the entire team deserves a 100% rating for their hospitality and dedication. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one! I will definitely recommend 💯💯. The property was great overall, but I recommend management should ensure that their terms and policies are clearly communicated to booking platforms such as to avoid misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises at check-in. I had a rather unpleasant experience at check-in regarding breakfast arrangements for my children. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the initial experience was disappointing and could have been avoided with clearer communication between the property and the booking platform

The comfort of the bed, room, shower, and bench was great, as were the staff and services, the location, and the spacious sitting area; however, there was no creamer or sugar available in the room.

Breakfast was good, the location is superb, and the front desk staff—Michele (Azure), Zara, Yavislav, and that lovely lady whose name starts with A—were all exceptional.
