We spent three nights at Kelapa Retreat & Spa, a small paradise where luxury meets simplicity, calm, and authenticity. We were lucky to stay in a beautiful Beach Villa, spacious with a stunning sea view. The room is gorgeous, the bathroom especially pleasant, and at the back a courtyard with an exceptional shower, highlighted by a water cascade – pure bliss in a peaceful, intimate setting. Dining is excellent, with lovely tables by the beach in an enchanting setting and very comfortable furniture. Breakfast is also remarkable. But the real treasure of the hotel is its staff. The service quality, client attention, and the absolutely exceptional kindness of the entire team left a deep impression. We’ve been traveling across Asia for years, discovering many beautiful places, but we truly want to thank the Kelapa team for this level of hospitality that deserves recognition. We noted no flaws during our stay: everything was perfect. The future looks even brighter with the announcement of a future gym and, cherry on top, padel courts! That gives us a great reason to return. Finally, the beautiful walks among the surrounding rice fields add to the charm of this place. A rare hotel, a wonderful atmosphere, exceptional service, and a location that invites you to slow down and enjoy every moment. Huge thanks to the whole team for these unforgettable three nights. We leave with beautiful memories and one wish: to come back! A true gem to discover in western Bali. We recommend this property without hesitation!

Unforgettable stay – we came back a second time within a week and a half! We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at Kelapa Retreat and Spa. After a week we decided on the spot to return because it was simply so beautiful and we could relax wonderfully here. The individual houses with the magnificent sea view offer absolute privacy and relaxation. The rooms are extremely clean, very well maintained, and impress with thoughtful little touches. The resort has two great pools – we were lucky to have the pool practically just for ourselves! Huge thanks to the entire team for the warm friendliness and helpfulness. A special thank you goes to the head chef “Ardi” and the whole kitchen: they truly cater to every single request. Adi even prepared our self‑caught fish for us – an absolute highlight and fantastic service! The beach right at the hotel is dreamy. It’s beautiful, long, and especially clean, as the hotel grounds and beach section are thoroughly cleaned every morning. You can enjoy the waves at the ocean wonderfully. The range of activities is also fantastic. We participated in a traditional Balinese ceremony and enjoyed a unique breakfast right on the ocean. A completely perfect place to relax. We wholeheartedly recommend Kelapa Retreat and Spa! A small tip or wish for the future concerns the morning yoga class: in my opinion it was more for advanced students and unfortunately not very beginner‑friendly. Having taken various hotel yoga classes in Bali, I would like the sessions to be a bit more accessible for all levels next time.

Absolutely old! Beautiful, beautiful place with lovely and calming surroundings. Service‑mindful, warm hearted, and smiling staff made us and our children – especially our baby – feel pampered and welcome. Food, drinks, and service at the restaurant were top. We will definitely come back! Everything was wonderful!
