The property sits in one of the main spots of Koramangala, Bangalore, right next to a market with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping, etc. The lounge area is pretty nice and clean, and you can meet other people there. The first thing I disliked was a dog—not because of the animal itself, but because I didn’t see any notice about a dog at the property. When I went to the terrace I encountered a barking dog, which surprised and frightened me. Another surprise was that another traveler in the same dormitory room asked me and others for money, and the manager seemed to allow it; it felt like a scam, and I can’t understand why they let him stay there, especially after he apparently stole from our belongings. It’s ridiculous to encounter such things.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and you meet some very nice people.

The only thing that worked was the location; the dorm rooms smelled strongly of sweat, had no AC, no separate lockers, and the beds were mediocre.
