The beds were super comfy, the room was quiet—though it was a weekday, so weekends might be louder. The apartment‑style room was spacious, the bathroom was spotless, and the hot shower was good. The only downside is that you have to climb stairs to the reception from street level; there is a lift for disabled guests, which might be an issue for some.

This hotel is great with many thoughtful touches. When we arrived, the staff put our luggage in our room. The Life Size/King room was impressive, featuring plenty of brick and modern warehouse‑style windows. It was clean, comfortable, stylish, and had more appliances than we needed (clothes washer, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, etc.). Earplugs were provided, though there was no noise from Richmond St below on Monday and Tuesday. We slept well and could have stayed longer. The lobby was comfortable, stylish, and perfect for morning coffee. The location along the canal in the Gay Village is convenient, with all essentials nearby and the city center a short walk away. On departure, a 5 AM walk to Lime St station was quick and quiet. All staff were pleasant and efficient—a great combination.

Modern decor, and fittings. Quality refreshments, and appliances (great hairdryer, very important for us girls with long hair😉!!) Convenient WhatsApp group for 24 hour help if required. Late check out was a bonus too!. It rained!😂 But a courtesy umbrella was provided which was a very thoughtful inclusion. It was in a rather noisy location. But again, earplugs were provided to help combat this issue. Parking allowance for guests would have been good
