The room, the cozy atmosphere, the location, the pool, the really pleasant bathroom—unlike many places in Malaysia—and the breakfast. The windows are very strange and do not isolate noise at all.

Lovely traditional property. The pool area was excellent. The property is very close to an incredibly loud bar; the noise on some nights continued until 4am.

The pool was lovely, and the location was great in a cute old building with a friendly cleaning crew. However, staying on the ground floor meant we could hear almost everything from the floors above—chatting, moving around, dropping items, hairdryers, laptop movies—though nothing was unusually loud. Since the building is old and lacks floor insulation, light sleepers might want to choose their room carefully.
