The location and pool were fine, yet the old rooms had water problems and the plumbing was broken for three days.

The location was perfect with beautiful grounds and a really nice pool, our room was a little dated but clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and the staff were super friendly.

I didn’t find any positives, but the pool and gardens were decent. The room we got, 22, was the dirtiest, most cramped place I’ve ever stayed in anywhere. We only stayed one night because we had no other options. Mold everywhere, holes in the bathroom door, threadbare linens, and overall a putrid atmosphere. The pool chairs had towels on them since 7 am. We got our money back.
