The funky comfort was a hit for us, but we only used two cups, one bowl, one plate, and the plunger pot, all of which needed washing beforehand; we’re not cleanliness junkies, but those were a bit too rustic.

We booked two separate beds but were pleasantly surprised to get a large apartment with a private bathroom and separate rooms that could fit 11 people; the night was quiet and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast at the on‑site restaurant were both delicious and convenient for our travel plans, and the evening and morning service was excellent, even with a German‑speaking staff member present.

“Easy and super comfy”

The room was spacious, already heated on arrival, with super comfy beds, fresh linen, and a perfect setting for our stay; the location is great for walking and offers majestic views of the white cliffs.
