The place was under maintenance and noisy, and a worker entered my balcony and performed maintenance work from early morning, violating my privacy. I didn’t feel comfortable and couldn’t use the balcony or open the windows, so I left early even though I had booked two nights and filed a complaint with the host and the booking platform for a refund of the unused night, but I was completely ignored. The maintenance work on my balcony was unacceptable.

The location was good and hassle‑free, yet the bathroom wasn’t cleaned even after we asked; it’s absurd that a paid service has to be requested, supposedly for sustainability to save staff – it’s ridiculous.

The hotel was clean, but we never heard that the München Marathon would run right along the street, and there were no parking spots available.
