初めてブッキングコムの評価を書きます。というものこのホテルからあまりに不誠実な対応を経験したからです。 ９月某日３時に到着してチェックインしようとしたら、あなたの部屋の水道が壊れて使えなくなった、他のホテルを予約しておいたからそちらへ泊ってくれ、と言われた。そのホテルは町の中心から１時間かかる大変不便な場所にあった。こっちは旅行中の日本人でパレルモのことは全く知らないし、当日に他のホテルを予約できるわけもなく、その勝手に割り当てられたホテルに行くしかなかった。事前連絡も一切なく、３泊分の費用800ユーロはカードで先に引き下ろされていた。おかげで私の旅行予定に大きく影響を受け、行けなくなった場所もできた。 後日に以下の疑問点が生じた。（１）どうして私の部屋のみの水道が壊れたのか？もしかして私がその部屋になるように後から意図的に選択されたのでは？（２）どうして事前に連絡が一切無いのか？（３）どうしてこの状況でも先に引き落としをしたのか？、処々の疑問が生じた。 これは全く個人的な経験であるが、私個人にとってはあまりに不誠実な経験を受けたので、他の旅行者の注意喚起のために事実のみを書き残します。

The place was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in Italy. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in South Italy, with plenty of options. The location is great, just 15 minutes from Teatro Massimo, and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were also excellent. The only downside was the air smelled of mould when it was on.

The situation was good. It’s outdated and needs renovation.

Everything from the staff to the breakfast to the cleanliness was perfect. Nothing to complain about.
