The pool was nice and the fireplace areas were cozy, but the cleanliness was unacceptable: mold in the shower and on the bathroom ceiling, and the outdoor furniture cushions were dirty and stained, needing a deep clean or replacement; for nearly $700 a night, a spotless room is expected.

“Overall it is good except the lack of sleep early morning”

It was close to downtown Carmel and the shopping center, but we couldn’t sleep well because of noise from the next room and early‑morning cleaning crews outside the corridor.
