“Although I made the reservation and entered my credit card details, the payment had not been taken, and I was unaware of”

I booked and entered my card details, but the payment never went through and I didn’t know it. When I got to the hotel, they told me the room wasn’t paid for. Trying to pay by card, I found my card was blocked for overseas transactions. I called my bank, and they said it would be lifted the next morning. I had no cash to cover the stay, so I couldn’t check in. Even though it was late, I was left outside and had to find another hotel. The hotel didn’t help at all.

1. The toiletries provided. 2. Nice rooftop bar. The shower was very small and leaked. There was mold outside the shower. Towels and beds were slow to be turned over by staff

The hotel was clean, modern, and the rooms were comfortable; the beds were cozy, the reception area lovely, and the front‑desk staff were friendly. The bar and restaurant staff were sometimes not very friendly, the hot breakfast items were cold, and the rooftop bar staff were slow at serving drinks and taking orders.

The staff were very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking sightseeing. The rooms were a good size, the bathrooms were fine, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I would recommend it to family and friends. The rooftop bar was a lovely relaxing place to sit.
