The location and the staff’s problem‑solving were good. However, during the breakfast hours on vacation or weekend days between 9:30 and 10:30, the area lacked physical space and enough food options, which made the experience poor on both days I stayed.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very attentive. The room should have some furniture, besides the chairs and nightstands, to store items.

Very well located and everything was very clean. I also highlight the staff’s attention and the dedication they showed to all the runners of the Viña Marathon.

The place looks fresh after the recent remodel and everything is tidy; the staff are friendly and the management seems to actually care. Breakfast was surprisingly good and included with the stay. The only downside is that some areas are still mid‑renovation, so I’m hoping they finish the work soon.

Great spot right in the heart of town, and the staff were attentive and helpful. I loved the breakfast spread and the bed was really comfy for a good night’s sleep. Nothing really bothered me during the stay.
