The one‑night stay was perfect, everything was fine. The air‑conditioning was a plus in the hot weather. The host was friendly and flexible, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. I missed a paper towel or a roll of hygienic kitchen paper in the kitchen.

The reception was warm. All rooms were clean, beautiful, and had everything you need. I can only recommend it! There was nothing negative.

The staff were very friendly, everything was very clean and tidy. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, parking, private bathroom, everything was available at the hotel.

The area is quiet. The beds are clean and comfortable. Four to five cars can park comfortably. Only two rooms had air‑conditioning, which the owner did not mention, so sharing a 2‑room air‑conditioned space with ten people at 40 degrees was unpleasant, and there was no fan. The kitchen was listed as “well equipped” but it wasn’t; the sink was dirty, had limescale, and the kettle was neglected, also the coffee maker was limescale‑stained and odorous. The free charcoal and firewood advertised for grilling, cooking, or baking were not available (“Look somewhere in the back yard, there’s something there.” – that was the reply). Unfortunately, nothing was there. The grill was dirty and neglected. In the upper kitchen, a faucet was faulty, there was no hot water for washing dishes. Odorous paper towels and mats in the bathrooms, plus limescale and dirty grout (bacteria hotspots). The yard had no shade at all, brutal. We looked at the price/value ratio, but the listed negatives are not things that a cheaper place could allow, since these were either promised/advertised by the host or hygiene/cleanliness lapses that are basic.
