The location was convenient, but the room was infested with bed bugs, leaving me with bites, it was filthy and disgusting, the drawer under the sink was horrendous, there was no hot water—only cold, and the TV couldn’t reach any outlets, rendering it useless.

I was pleased with the central location and the comfortable bed, but the room got a bit noisy when people were leaving in the morning.

I liked our room because it had a clean toilet; the area is peaceful and quiet even though it’s close to the tourist spot. The kitchen could be better organized since it’s a hostel area, but it’s fine because guests can cook.

The price was very good for what was offered and the staff were friendly and made sure to accommodate all of our needs, and honestly there was nothing else to complain about.
