The house was pleasant, the service friendly, and the location good, yet we weren’t used to the nighttime noise in Valladolid and there was quite a bit of commotion outside.

“Nice affordable space right near the center plaza. The double room with balcony was quite pleasant.”

This spot is a real bargain with an amazing location; our double room had a living area with a balcony and tasteful antiques, shared bathrooms were very clean, and the kitchen was adequate for coffee and a simple breakfast. The sofa looked cool and clean, but its springs were completely shot, so we couldn’t work long hours on our computers; we loved the balcony, though it was a little noisy on a weekend night, otherwise it was quiet at night. Note that the laundry machines shown in photos aren’t for guest use.

Clean, the host was friendly, and the location fantastic, though the neighborhood noise was noticeable, making the night barely tolerable.

The location, the person who handled check‑in, and the exceptional cleaning—complete with earplugs for the supposed street noise—were great, yet the bed base and mattress should be upgraded.
