Nice hotel in the Ngor neighborhood, off the main road on a very quiet street. Rooms are big and clean. There’s a bar on the ground floor and massages available. A few restaurants are close by and a Carrefour supermarket is near the hotel. You can walk to the ferry that takes you to Ngor island, and public buses heading to the African Renaissance Monument can be found on the main road. Heavy rains caused the water on the upper floors to stop running, but that wasn’t really the hotel’s fault.

“Ennuyeux”

The cleaning ladies were attentive. Cleaning was only done on request, no microwave or cutlery, the TV didn’t work, and there were no amenities. I had booked a two‑bedroom apartment for my husband, children and me, but we were placed on the 3rd floor, hard to access with kids. I asked the owner to relocate us; he said no rooms were available and told me to wait until the next day for a reply. No follow‑up.

“Shady, not clean and pictures do not match reality.”

Not clean, the room pictures didn’t match reality except for the curtains. No private balcony even though I paid for one. Staff were all nice, but the manager didn’t take responsibility and was rude to them. The internet is very poor and you can hear all sounds from the first to the third floor.
