“Dirty and not value for Money.”

The food was tasty but felt pricey, perhaps because the property is off the main town. The Kanchenjunga view was amazing, and the greetings at check‑in were generous. The rooms were dirty, especially the premium ones; we moved to a Classic room but it was the same. It wasn’t worth the money. The AC/heating unit made an annoying noise in the middle of the night, and only after that did the hotel provide a heater.

Very serene and high location for a view of the Kanchenjunga. The place is a bit awkward to navigate, also if not properly chosen, you may get rooms at the lower levels with no window views!

“Food was good but Chicken was half cooked”

Rooms and service was good. On the 1st day the food was uncooked. Chicken served was not properly cooked. The team started giving excuses as if we were having it for the first time
