The hotel is central, but the service was horrible and I felt mistreated by the staff. I needed a taxi to get to the hotel from the station, the service was denied, traveling alone, I was scared in the taxi because it was unreliable. They gave me a room near the reception with a lock that jammed and no possibility of change. They tried to charge me for an extra towel.

A comfortable hotel for visiting Potosí, with very large, clean rooms fully equipped for a peaceful night, and the staff are very kind, but the breakfast is a bit lacking.
