Pure nature. Very quiet, even during school holidays. They advertised a “wild week”, but on both days there were only two dishes and one of them was no longer available. There was no fruit selection at breakfast, only butter and no margarine. The staff acknowledged the shortfall but offered no apology or further assistance. The pool could not be used by more than five people; it was far too small.

The whole hotel is unique. The sauna area is excellent. Breakfast is super tasty. Dinner is a dream. The service is outstanding and everything is perfect. We’ll gladly come back. There is nothing to complain about.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr entgegenkommend und helfend bei Fragen. Saunabereich war toll und sehr gutes Angebot. Das Restaurant hat Wild im Angebot gehabt, sehr gut. Auch zum Frühstück kam ich 20 vor 7 und da haben sie mir versucht alles anzubieten obwohl noch keine Zeit zum Frühstück war

We were taken care of wonderfully. We arrived later than planned, around 9 pm after the kitchen had closed, and a very friendly receptionist offered us a snack platter (delicious and generous!) to eat. This let us enjoy the entire spa area right away and then dine in the room like royalty. We slept very well, and breakfast was heavenly, leaving no wishes unfulfilled.
