The staff were very helpful. There was no welcome water, and when we arrived late there were no small water bottles waiting for us in the morning.

Great location near the TÜV, and parking is right outside the building. The room lacked shampoo and shower gel, and the breakfast was very basic—just regular coffee.

Clean, good value. The breakfast left something to be desired.

The location was superb and close to bus stops, so I didn’t need my car to travel around Cologne. The rooms were clean and well‑sound‑proofed, and the bathroom was nice. The front desk was professional and friendly. The bed felt a bit too firm for me and my friend, but that’s hard to change. The only downside was the breakfast buffet; it would have helped to have hard‑boiled eggs and some hot chocolate packets available.
