Magura Raraului

The house is nice and clean, has a green garden, a kitchen, and a grill area; dogs are welcome. I would gladly recommend it and will come back!

At the start we were told, even repeatedly, that it would be better to book directly with the owner because they offer lower rates, so we ended up paying more through Booking. We paid extra because, even though we booked the deluxe canera (a huge exaggeration), we didn’t have a bathroom and had to use the hallway one. We waited for the owner to give us towels, even though we had mentioned we were arriving, and the rooms were not ready. The bathroom was awful—there was no hook on the wall for a towel, no space for toiletries, so we had to keep them in our bag and hang towels on the basin. Even though we were the first to arrive, the kitchen was dirty, with crumbs and dead insects on the floor.

Very clean, the host was friendly, easy to find, rustic vibe with many accessories like a gazebo, sauna, grill in the yard, well‑maintained garden, great price‑quality ratio. The courtyard parking is very small and if the inn is fully booked it’s hard to maneuver; the rooms are small.

The room was roomy and spotless, and the view was gorgeous. We had stayed there before and had issues, but this time the host fixed every problem, so we really enjoyed our visit and praised her hard work.

The view from the room was amazing, and the space was roomy and spotless. The host was friendly and even handed out free coffee in the morning, but the window didn’t shut well and the traffic noise made it hard to sleep.
