Very good location, close to cycling trails.

Great property. We had a room with a view of the stream – fantastic. Excellent breakfasts, very friendly and professional service. The hotel organized activities like a Jazz evening or a campfire with sausages. Nice pool area with an outdoor jacuzzi (open until 22:00 – big plus). The hotel restaurant was also high quality. For us it was the perfect place to relax between mountain trips on local trails.
Located in a quiet spot. Very nice and clean throughout the property and in the rooms. The food is delicious and varied. The spa treatments are professional.

Breakfasts were very good, varied, rich, with very good, courteous service. The location of the hotel is attractive, although quite far from the center of the spa town Świeradów Zdrój. The quality of the hotel service is at a good level. A positive point is the size of the rooms – significantly larger than in a typical hotel of this category. The disaster was the lack of potable water for bathing, brushing teeth, etc. For 3 days (almost half of our stay) we had no access to water that was not suitable for drinking or washing. We received the information at the reception after arrival that the water was contaminated. Imagine three days without the possibility of bathing, normal washing, etc. (August, heat). Every day the reception staff, generally pleasant (though somewhat impatient), shrugged their shoulders and claimed they didn’t know when the water would be safe again. They said it was a municipal problem and the hotel had no influence. OK, but why weren’t we informed before arrival, especially since the contamination supposedly appeared 1–2 days earlier? Three days without washing – we were given bottled water (we can’t bathe in a bottle) and the receptionist told us that they would kindly allow us to leave the property before the end of the stay and refund us, which effectively meant we should just cut our vacation short. The idea was quite cynical, because you don’t plan a vacation six months in advance and book several months ahead only to finish the stay after 3 days – where would you find accommodation for a dog for the same price in the area? We also received another offer of compensation for the lack of potable water for 3 days – a voucher for a bottle of wine. We didn’t use it… We should demand a partial refund of the amount paid for the stay due to the dramatically reduced quality of service, but we haven’t done that yet. And one more – the cleaning staff reluctantly visited our rooms. According to the rules, a room where a dog stays cannot be cleaned without notifying reception that the animal is not in the room – OK. But why was the second room we rented, which didn’t have a dog, not cleaned? We don’t know.
