The views were spectacular. The restaurant is very expensive for what it offers and the variety is minimal.

The view was spectacular but pricey. The hotel isn’t suitable for those without a car, and there’s no shuttle to town. The staff were unhelpful when we tried to resolve issues.

“Hotel, exceptionnel”

The place is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is clean. The rooms are very decent with nice little balconies that let you enjoy a breathtaking view.

“Best view picturesque location of San Sebastian clearly, best breakfast but poor service”

The view of the restaurant terrace, and also the view of the room, althought a black floor platform blocked it.the swimming pool and appliances where brilliant. The girl and night boy in reception were outstanding. The platform that blocked our balcony view of the bay or San Sebastian. The fact thar I requested a note to be written on my arrival for my partner surprise who has been having a very serious tough time in his life and it was his first time over in the city that hosted me for 5 years during my university studies. Euskalduna naiz eta ez zitzaidan ondo iruditu mezua ez idatzi izana ongi etorria emateko. In addition, we experienced the worst possible customer service by the bar tender Miguel Angel, who jot only did not show communication skills towards us in Spanish, but also communicated in a very arrogant, unhappy, vicious and not pleasant way towards me. He clearly is not fit to be up front on that bar, and the taximan also highlighted to me that everybody is complaining about it. If this person is not fit to work, please let someone with more energy, customer facing skills take over asap, for a best service for the Hotel. It clearly dropped our service expectations, after paying 350€ you would expect a top knot service with at least a polite person
