Pitigliano is an absolute gem and worth stopping at on the way to Tuscany! The town is spectacular, full of charm, history, breathtaking views, and beautiful streets that make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. It’s truly special and definitely worth visiting. Our stay was lovely, and we enjoyed exploring this incredible town. One disappointment was the breakfast situation: options in town were surprisingly limited, and even the cafés and restaurants we tried in the morning were underwhelming. The accommodation itself doesn’t provide a proper breakfast buffet; instead, you get a voucher for a coffee and a pastry at a local café, which was a bit disappointing. Still, Pitigliano is absolutely worth experiencing, especially as a stop on the way to Tuscany. The beauty, atmosphere, and unique character of the town more than make up for the limited breakfast options. A true hidden gem in Southern Tuscany! 🇮🇹❤️

Tiziana was a wonderful host. She arranged free parking outside the historic city center and helped us carry our bags to the room. She suggested dinner spots and kindly made reservations at our chosen restaurant. The room was very nice, and the location in the historic center was awesome! The bed was very comfortable. We loved Pitigliano! If we can return, we’ll definitely stay longer and will most certainly stay again with Tiziana! We had a wonderful experience!!

The location is beautiful right in the historic center. The owner Tiziana is very nice and helpful, and communication is good. It’s a pity there is no balcony. Also read Tiziana’s message carefully about where you can park!

Breakfast wasn’t served on site but at one of several local small restaurants. It included a croissant, a coffee drink (espresso, etc.) and water or juice. It was nice that it was offered, but nothing special. We truly enjoyed our room in terms of location, free parking, and the very warm welcome from Tiziana. She was informative and helpful from start to finish. We also liked a visit and personal tour of her family's winery and vineyard. The only complaint was the bed. We prefer a solid, firm mattress, but this one was extremely hard (not unusual in Italy) and the pillows were the same, causing sore backs in the morning. All in all, a minor distraction but good to know if that matters to fellow travelers.
