Everything was great! The amazing staff handled a crisis situation with grace, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They helped us book transport everywhere and never asked for anything in return. The pool area was beautiful, and breakfast offered nine different setups. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi was sometimes very slow.

We stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone seeking a cozy, welcoming, and relaxing environment. The breakfasts were excellent, and the swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area. The location is a major plus, with the hotel very close to the beach, yet it still feels peaceful and comfortable. I especially want to thank Ms. Sia, who went far beyond what we could have expected. When we needed help with a medical issue, she personally called the clinic and arranged everything for us. What moved us most was that, after finishing her shift and leaving work, she returned to the hotel to help us. This kind and thoughtful gesture made us feel incredibly supported during a stressful moment. Ms. Sia’s kindness, patience, and genuine concern made a huge difference, and we are truly grateful for everything she did. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and deserves special recognition.

The staff were friendly and very attentive at all times. The location is good, very close to the beach though not on the first line. Breakfasts were very tasty, with incredible juices, and the dinner food was also very good. The room was comfortable, well‑climatized, and spacious. It’s worth staying here. As a suggestion, they could add more coat hooks or areas to hang clothes, because our room was one of those without a terrace and, having only shelves, the clothes with humidity didn’t air well.
