The room décor was nice, but the breakfast food was good while the tables were too small and the space couldn’t accommodate the number of people, creating safety hazards like hot coffee spilling onto others.

The staff were professional and efficient, and the hotel’s location was great, but security felt lacking—anyone could wander into the lobby, and there were no doormen or a security guard at the entrance/exit or in the elevators and on the room floors.

The place was beautiful, yet the bathroom had a fake vinyl ceiling that was starting to come apart, and the staff at the gift shop where you received complimentary water bottles were rude.

The room, the stuff,. Why to change for storage? For 2 hours? I checked out at 7:00 and stored the bags until 12:00 They shouldn't charge me
