The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging a taxi for us when Uber wasn’t working and supplying bottled water throughout our stay. Yet it was one of the worst places we’ve slept in; we wanted to leave right away because we were exhausted and it was already evening. Finding decent accommodation was hard, and even though we finally got a room, it was in a terrible state—dirty and poorly kept (the photos were misleading, probably taken when the hotel had just opened). The worst part was the bed: the linens were dirty and stained, the pillowcases and mattress were in awful condition with stains and mildew. We told the staff, and they changed the bedding (new, clean, almost white) but left the pillow interiors untouched. The room needed a deep clean and a renovation. The bathroom was also poorly maintained, and it never got cleaned during our stay. There were very noisy, rude guests with children who caused chaos almost all the time.
