Nothing! There was no water in the pool, and no staff was present at check‑in. I booked another place instead. No explanation from them, just excuses that it was stressful and nobody was there at 14:00. Save yourself the trouble of booking this place! I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

The private hot spring is really great, and the room is clean. I felt a bit chilly at night, so I asked for an extra blanket. It’s a perfect spot before heading out on the Mount Batur trek.

The bungalow is a cozy, all‑bamboo structure that feels welcoming, clean, and orderly; the garden is immaculate and the private hot spring is simply perfect!

The place offers tranquility, a private hot‑water bath, and the option to have meals delivered because it’s isolated, and it’s close to the departure point for Mount Batur. Everything is organized by the cottage.

The private hot spring and quiet setting were great, but without a scooter it was a bit difficult to get around.
