The staff were friendly and the approach easy, but the gym was under maintenance and that wasn’t mentioned when booking; the pool depth was only 4 ft, which wasn’t disclosed. Rooms above the kitchen and restaurant had chimney and food smells, plus flies in both the room and the restaurant. The bathroom’s RV was not functional, and I had to change rooms twice. The view didn’t match the booking, and there was a plumbing problem: water seeped from the bathroom window into the room after bathing.

I was heading back to Delhi airport the next day after checking out, so I’d recommend this place to anyone coming from Manali to avoid a long drive; they have a small play area for kids and plenty of parking, though the breakfast was only average.
