The mattress was super comfy, and the hosts answered our requests fast and friendly. The spot was spot‑on, and the room was just the right size and quiet for us. When we first walked in, there was a stale smell—probably because the air wasn’t running—and the bathtub faucet drips a bit; the window also needs blackout curtains.

It was great how close the place was to our event. The bathroom floor had a slight issue, and I spotted dried food on the floor near the fridge and a pen cap that had fallen out from under the bed or table. We didn’t get a trash bag in the bin, and the ice machine was broken.

It was very nice, and we took advantage of the trade days. The only drawback was that the blinds didn’t block outside lights; darker blinds or curtains would help. We’d still stay there again next time.
