“Clean and spacious”
The place was spotlessly clean and roomy, and I appreciated the personal clothes line at the back; it’s not far from anything.
I stayed for one night and found it basic yet very tidy and well kept, though it’s just a little far from the lake for walking.
The location is fine, but everything is white with no color, and the lighting is far too bright.
The location is great, close to Kwan Phay and the BKKS bus stop, and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, but the bathroom floor is a bit slippery, especially when showering.

Ban Ye sits in a convenient spot, and the room, bed, and bathroom were clean and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. The only downside was the absence of a kettle for hot drinks, leaving only cardboard cups, and the front and back doors could use an extra lock.
