The place is a quiet retreat in October, dark enough to see all the stars. The family home feels warm and welcoming, and the king room is huge with a massive shower, big fluffy towels, and an incredibly comfy bed. Breakfast is superb, the rooms stay super clean, and the hospitality is great. No complaints; just wish we could have stayed longer to catch the nearby steam train.

The room was spotless, with plenty of hot water and an excellent shower. Breakfast was very good—thanks, Gareth. Nothing negative; overall a very nice place to stay.
